Medinion Learn, medicine pages, AI-assisted intake, and other public content are educational. They do not diagnose, prescribe, create a doctor-patient relationship by themselves, or replace care from your treating clinician.
Second-opinion services
When Medinion offers doctor-reviewed second opinions, the review depends on the information and records you provide. A second opinion may help prepare questions or clarify options, but it may not include physical examination, emergency evaluation, or complete medical record access.
User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, upload records you have the right to share, keep account credentials secure, use Medinion lawfully, and avoid submitting content that is false, harmful, infringing, or abusive.
AI tools
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. You should review important information with qualified clinicians and should not rely on AI output as the sole basis for medical decisions.
Payments and availability
Prices, doctor availability, review timelines, and service features may change. If paid services are offered, payment terms will be shown before purchase. Refunds, if any, will follow the policy presented at the time of purchase or required by law.

Medinion may link to official labels, clinical-trial databases, hospitals, life-science companies, or other third-party sites. Those sites are controlled by third parties and have their own terms and policies.
